Complaints and objections
In accordance with Art. 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, the company LIVMARK d.o.o. allows all Customers to send their complaints by mail to the address of the company LIVMARK d.o.o. that is, by e-mail. LIVMARK d.o.o. will notify the Buyer of the received complaint. To all remarks and objections LIVMARK d.o.o. will respond no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. For LIVMARK d.o.o. in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, confirmed the receipt of a written complaint, and then respond to it. The buyer should provide accurate information to receive a response/complaint.
